By undertaking a course of therapy with Gail Marra you accept that the therapeutic outcome can not be guaranteed and that all fees are payable in consideration of my time and expertise regardless of the therapeutic outcome.
Fees and payment
A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking. Payment in full is required after each therapy session. All consultation bookings are non-refundable but may be carried over to another consultation.

I appreciate notice of cancellation 48 hours prior to your appointment.  As stated above, appointments once booked are non-refundable. I may, at my discretion offer an alternative appointment time. I reserve the right to cancel an appointment at my sole discretion but will only do so in the most exceptional circumstances. In this instance I will give as much notice as possible. Gail Marra accepts no liability whatsoever for any financial or other consequences of the cancellation. 
Arriving late for an appointment
If you are running late please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to make a full session available but as my ability to do so will depend upon bookings subsequent to your appointment, I cannot guarantee this.
I am bound by the ethical code of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and will maintain your personal data in the strictest confidentiality. I will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless required to do so by law.  The information you provide during the course of your treatment will be held in the same strict confidentiality unless you instruct me in writing to share it with your GP or any other third party.
